Bag is a fruit of a deep interest in paper and its extraordinary properties like the ability to keep strength and gentleness at the same time. Paper is a challenging yet powerful material. Strangely enough its understanding starts from a playfulness. One cannot understand nor control a paper without hands-on and lightsome approach. From there a paper can become a very strong tool for visualising ideas and creating products. Lananabag embodies both – playfulness and a full under-standing of the properties of a paper. The form of the bag is created with a single fold in a shape of an arc and main-tained by a string pulled between the bottom corners. Bag is delivered as a flat product and made from locally produced recycled paper.
